The delivery period begins when paying in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge for delivery within Germany: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) will be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please ask these authorities for details. If you have ordered via our online shop, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your order.For goods worth over €99.00, we deliver within Berlin for free. For orders worth under €99.00, the delivery costs are €14.90. The delivery goes to the front door of your delivery address. If you need further help transporting the goods to the studio or apartment, please speak to our drivers directly. In this case, especially if it is a high-altitude trip, they will be happy to receive a small tip. For orders within Berlin, we will contact you promptly by email to arrange a delivery date and automatically deduct the previously calculated shipping costs from an order value of €99.00.For deliveries to customers from Switzerland, we recommend using MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of all customs formalities and home delivery for a small fee. This service can save you money and time. The price list and delivery conditions can be found on the MeinEinkauf.ch website. It is best to register with MeinEinkauf.ch before logging into our shop.
