The plastic clay masses consist of a mixture of several clays with or without the addition of fireclay. The clay mass 8/ contains calcite; the plate masses 4/P and 9/P also contain talcum. The masses are packed in 10 kg plastic bags and, if tightly closed, have a long shelf life.
Please note that clay masses can therefore only be ordered in full 10 kg increments!

Examples of use for our clay masses
/ Without fireclay for turning and building smaller objects with a small and uniform wall thickness /
ZF, SF, FS, L Finely fireclayed for turning and building
/S Fireclayed for building larger works
/M Strongly fireclayed for building larger works, for plates and raku
/GS Coarsely fireclayed for rough surfaces, large sculptures and raku
/P For plates and stove tiles, largely safe against warping during drying and firing
