We would like to help you and therefore offer various services especially for you to support your creative process. 

CUSTOM CUTTING OF STRETCHER BARS

Priming of raw canvases:

RABBIT GLUE PRE-PRIMING 

In order to optimally protect your canvas, we recommend applying a first layer of rabbit glue before applying the primer. 

If you wish to avoid animal products, we also offer PVA glue or your preferred product as an alternative. 

The price for gluing is 30€ for preparing of the glue and then approx. 30 € per square metre.

PRIMING WITH GESSO 

If you don't like buying ready-made, primed canvases and would like to have the material primed manually by professionals, we can guarantee such a service at Peters Art! 

We can use any product you want, whether that is gesso, primer or any other profesional priming product. 

And if you don't have a favourite product, we'll be happy to recommend something. 

We normally use the highest quality gesso on the market, namely Lascaux Gesso. 

Our standard process consists of 3 coats to ensure the best coverage. 

The cost in this case is approximately €40 per square metre + the cost of the product used for priming.
