What is Cake Color?
It is a small solid color that is made by absorbing water from watercolor. It is convenient for the use outside because it dissolves when you touch it with a brush soaked with water. It has 2 sorts of color: transparent color and opaque color.

Fun set for playing with paint!
I got the 24 opaque set. The colors are well curated, a wide selection of primary, secondary and some tertiary colors with a range of earth tones. Intense pigmentation and great payoff. The set has a kids paint vibe (with artist quality paint price tag) and so lends itself well to playing and exploring. It works particularly well when used with a little water and is creamy, opaque and intense. Also works well with an almost dry brush for dry brush effect. I'm enjoying it! If the paints came open stock that would be great.
