Pearl Ex Powder Pigments can be used anytime a metallic or pearlescent effect is desired: mix them into acrylic paints, oils, printing inks, encaustics, alcohol inks, epoxy, adhesives, casting resins, clay, varnishes, etc. The list goes on!
Pearl Ex is a safe, inert pigment that boasts extreme colorfastness and stability. The different particle sizes produce different effects, from a soft pearlescent sheen to a strong metallic sheen. Pearl Ex creates a metallic effect without being a real metal - it will never tarnish or fade!
Note: Pearl Ex powder pigments are specifically designed as an art material. They are NOT intended for cosmetic use.
FABRIC/FIBER/SURFACES Polymer clay, encaustic, paper, shrink plastic, leather, glass, canvas, wood and more! Mix with a binder for use on natural and synthetic fibers.
