Princeton Catalyst™ Wedge Spatulas
Not quite a brush. Not exactly a spatula. Catalyst™ tools are made from flexible silicone to give artists a new form of expression. Catalyst™ wedges are ergonomically designed to fit in your hand and allow for direct interaction with your work.
Designed for use with thick paints, Catalyst™ is at home with oils, acrylics and water-mixable oils. Because they are heat resistant, they are great for encaustic. Artists use them with plaster, clay and even glaze. Made from FDA approved silicone, Catalyst™ blades and wedges are great for food production.
Cleanup is a breeze with Catalyst™ blades and wedges. The silicone wipes down easily and is solvent resistant. Cleanup can be done with mild soap and water in most cases. Dried paint can be peeled off the silicone surface. Catalyst™ Blades can be separated from their wooden handles for cleaning and easily replaced after drying.
