Product information "Schmincke Medium W Gel 120 ml (50143)"
Gel-like ("lean") painting medium for processing oil paints with water instead of organic solvents such as turpentine oil or turpentine substitute. Increases gloss and transparency, maintains consistency, harmonizes drying and has little odor. Pre-mix 2 parts oil paint with 1 part Medium W Gel on a palette, then add water if necessary. Add more Medium W if necessary. Painting equipment can be cleaned with water. There is no impairment of product quality if there are color variations due to the raw material alkyd resin.
